A vital question remains unanswered, Is COVID-19 even subject to herd immunity? From universities to sports teams, top experts are still debating this issue. Entire world anxiously waiting for a vaccine, the length and durability of the protective immunity it would provide is far more in doubt than one might think. A new study from China shows that antibodies can disappear in two to three months. The study further found that immunity is shorter for asymptomatic patients than symptomatic ones. The less symptomatic a person is, the weaker the immune response and antibody strength. "Young people who have mild disease or asymptomatic disease, their antibodies may never rise very high," said Sankar Swaminathan, chief of infectious diseases at the University of Utah. "We don't even know if those antibodies are protective."

How does people immunity work?

People immunity occurs when a sufficient proportion of a population is immune to an infectious disease, either through prior illness or vaccination -- so that contagion from person to person is unlikely. Now in COVID-19 Pandemic situation, everyone is concern about health immunity. This infection is continually increasing and there is no vaccine still in the market. 

Do you want to stay healthy? Maybe you are on the health care frontline or in public service responsibility during a pandemic. Or maybe you are working from home. Ultimately you have to stay healthy.

So, how to " boost your immune system "?

Now in COVID-19 pandemic situation, we all know this few instruction:

Lifestyle improvement is a vital thing, 

Always living under constant stress, and continues day in and out, causes the body to produce too much cortisol, the stress hormone. Over time, raised cortisol lowers your resistance to fighting off infection and contributes to poor sleep and higher blood pressure.

Protect yourself from stress and boost your immune system with a few lifestyle changes:

Do some workout or Exercise every day:  Daily workout or exercise, increases your resilience so you can fight with infection. As per physician, our bodies function better when we’re physically active every day.  

Its recommended that you should do workout out at least 10 minutes a day, ideally 30 minutes, and if possible, doing a combination of cardio and strength training.

Meditation: Meditation also gives a good result with a combination of daily workout. Even five minutes a day of meditation, or simply sitting quietly and focusing on your breath, can make a difference. Meditation lowers your heart rate and blood pressure and reduces anxiety. Plus, it’s calming. So it’s not surprising that it also helps you sleep. Also advice you to take frequent intake of water. Sleep well: You need seven to eight hours of quality sleep each night to fight off infection. You should prioritize your sleep. If you have a problem, you should consult with your Dr However proper sleep is very essential to be healthy.

Always think positive, if you think positive then it will reduce your anxiety. A positive mindset is vital for health and well-being. Research shows that positive thoughts reduce stress and inflammation and increase resilience to infection, while negative emotions can make you more susceptible to the common cold and flu. A positive mind always innovative and never comes under any tension. So be positive.

Entire world suffering from this fear of coronavirus. It's true that the “COVID-19 pandemic” is scary, so it’s easy to curve down in negative thoughts, as per psychologist.  To strengthen your mind with full of confidence and positive thinking and stay at home for your safety.   Start your day with a positive thought or even a mantra such as, ‘I am well and fit “ .

There are many natural ways to raise your immunity. You can take this extra measure to avoid coronavirus impact and stay healthy. Some of them are, Taking regular supplements, Essential oils, and vitamins.

Studies shows that lavender essential oil has a soothing effect, so it can help ease anxiety and improve sleep. Add a few drops to a warm bath or use the oil in a diffuser while you work or sleep.


Sometimes, even with lots of sleep and vitamin C, champions get sick. The key is to take time off to recharge.  In no time, you’ll be put on your cape again, But for your health and the health of others around you, make sure you’re fully supercharged before you do.
